The Red Lobster (Enoplometopus sp.) is a colorful marine crustacean with a vivid red appearance. It spends much of the day tucked into caves and rockwork, emerging at night to scavenge and hunt.
Provide plenty of secure hiding places among live rock and a suitable substrate for shelter. It may prey on small fish and invertebrates, so use caution in reef aquariums. Red lobsters can be territorial toward one another; house singly unless a compatible mated pair is confirmed. Avoid copper-based medications.
