CANADA Wide Livestock Domestic Shipping Policy

We will do our best to facilitate another means of overnight shipping if possible in your area if you choose not to want to ship with FedEx. Additional charges may apply. Drystock and livestock SHIP SEPARATELY except for local delivery. 

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business. Some exclusion apply depending on scenario.
No shipments will occur on weekends or holidays.


Live stock shipping rate

Shipping rates for livestock stock with FedEx is a flat $70 and is based on 11" x 10" x 10" box at 5 lbs. Any heavy or oversized livestock is subject to review. Adjustment of shipping cost may apply. FREE SHIPPING at $600 or more and excludes heavy or oversized products.


Dry stock shipping rate

Shipping rates for dry stock is calculated during checkout via Canada Post and is based on non oversized/over weight products. Any heavy or oversized products are subject to review and adjustment of shipping cost may apply. FREE SHIPPING at $250 or more and excludes heavy or oversized products.


Payment

All goods and livestock must be paid in full prior to shipment, delivery or pickup. Payment will be made online during time of purchase.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Reporting Requirements:
  • Email us photos of any DOAs within 3 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Do not discard DOA items until we provide instructions
  • For guaranteed replacement/credit, photos must be sent within 2 hours of delivery
Photo Requirements:
  • Clear photo of fish/coral in original unopened shipping bag
  • Photo of the item outside the bag
  • For coral orders: Video of unopened box being cut open and unopened bag showing DOA coral
  • If unsure about an item's condition, photograph it and contact us for case-by-case evaluation
Resolution Options:
  • Store credit for full purchase price (minus shipping) for confirmed DOAs reported within 2 hours
  • Replacement with same or similar items when available (customer pays shipping)
  • If replacement unavailable, full purchase price credited to your account
Important Limitations:
  • No cash refunds - store credit only
  • No shipping charge refunds
  • We're not responsible for DOAs caused by carrier delays or other scenarios
  • Failure to report within 3-hour window voids all guarantees
