Our Livestock Guarantee — Because Your Success Matters

At Concrete Blonde Aquatics, we're committed to providing healthy, thriving livestock and the peace of mind that comes with every purchase. Every in-store livestock purchase is backed by our 24-Hour Livestock Guarantee.

For livestock purchased via shipping, please refer to our Shipping DOA Policy found under our Shipping Policy.

If You Experience an Issue, Here's What to Do:

Step 1 — Act Within 24 Hours
Contact us within 24 hours of the issue occurring. Claims submitted outside this window cannot be processed.

Step 2 — Send Us Your Proof
Snap a photo of the livestock at the time of the issue and have your proof of purchase ready. This helps us understand what happened and get things moving quickly.

Step 3 — Submit a Water Sample
Bring in or send a water sample from your tank. We'll test it complimentary to assess your water parameters — and to help ensure your tank is set up for long-term success.

Step 4 — We Make It Right
If your water parameters meet the recommended conditions for the livestock in question, we'll provide a direct replacement. If the item is out of stock, a store credit of equivalent value toward livestock will be issued — so you're never left empty-handed.
