Bi Colour Cleaner Wrasse

The Bicolor Cleaner Wrasse is also known as cleaner Wrasses, Bicolored Cleanerfish, Two-color Cleaner Wrasse, Two-color Cleanerfish, Two-colored Cleaner Wrasse, Two-colored Cleanerfish, Cleanerfish and Yellow Diesel Wrasse.The Bicolor Cleaner Wrasse forms a great symbiotic relationship with other reef fish by cleaning them of their unwanted parasites. They are the peaceful attractive fish with a most intriguing "dance" that they perform to solicit other fishes to allow them to remove parasites and other debris from those fishes? body, fins, and mouths. Its size varies and reaches up to 4 inches in adults. The Bicolor Cleaner Wrasse loves to sleep in crevices of rocks and therefore a few live rocks are recommended to keep in an aquarium along with a thick sand bed as they burrow into the substrate at night. It has the tendency to jump from the aquarium so we suggest you to keep them in a covered aquarium. It lives either singly or in pairs. It starts its life as females, and then in a group the strongest female changes its sex and becomes male, and this occurrence is known as sequential hermaphroditism.
