Filamented Flasher Wrasse

A stunning small wrasse with delicate filaments extending from its dorsal fin. Males display vibrant red and blue coloring that intensifies during courtship displays, creating an almost hypnotic flashing effect—hence the common name. Active and peaceful, they thrive in established reefs with plenty of rockwork and hiding spaces. Best kept singly or in pairs; they feed on small crustaceans and benefit from frequent, varied feedings. Hardy and adaptable, making them ideal for intermediate to advanced aquarists seeking dynamic movement and color.
