They require shells to inhabit and will upgrade as they grow—providing a variety of appropriately sized shells ensures their comfort and reduces stress. Ideal for tanks 20 gallons and larger with stable salinity, temperature, and pH. These crabs thrive in systems with plenty of rockwork and substrate for exploration.
