Tetra Red eye

The Tetra Red Eye (Moenkhausia sanctaefilomenae) is an easy-care freshwater fish, measuring 3 inches and thriving in temperatures between 75°F and 80°F. This peaceful species prefers a pH of 6 to 7.5 and should be kept in schools of five or more to prevent fin nipping. Originating from South America's river basins, they can live 3 to 5 years in a minimum 30-gallon aquarium.
