Farlowella Twig Catfish

Twig catfish prefer waters with a LOT of plants in them. These serve as places to hide and attach themselves to by using their suckermouths. These fish will reach 8 inches in captivity so a 40 gallon tank or larger is recommended. A very established aquarium with good biofilm growth is a must.
