Reefpearls allows your corals long-term feeding over 4-24 hours thanks to its particles that have low nutrient leakage. The mix of pellets of various sizes (from 500 to 1000 microns) mimics the natural size of plankton. The phosphates contained in Reefpearls are in organic form rather than inorganic phosphates, which results in reduced pollution of your aquarium. It also depends on the water volume of your aquarium. As a guideline, we suggest 2 meals per day for photosynthetic corals and 6 to 12 meals per day for non-photosynthetic corals. Start with 1/5 to 1/4 teaspoon of food per feeding hour for 350 to 500 liters of water. Once your corals are accustomed to the diet, you can slowly add more food per feeding hour. Continue to feed your fish and other animals as usual with high-quality flake and/or pellet fish food such as Omega One fish food and/or frozen fish foods like brine shrimp, mysis, krill, etc. Ingredients and analysis of Reefpearls: Ingredients: fishmeal, fish oil, lecithin, vitamins & minerals, antioxidants. Water Quality: Due to the high nutritional value and feeding frequency of Reefpearls, please keep an eye on the NO3 and PO4 levels in your aquarium. To easily control nitrates (NO3), we suggest using our The Original BioPellets.
